Trying To Conceive

Falling pregnant isn’t always as easy as we grow up believing it will be.

For some of us, me included, falling pregnant is one of the most challenging and emotionally, mentally and physically exhausting stages of our lives.

There are effective and proven ways that we, both the mother and the father to be can increase our chances of conceiving and successfully carrying our precious cargo to term. And No, it doesn’t always have to be IVF!

The most important thing to remember while TTC is that the woman’s body was made to have babies, to reproduce. The woman’s body is so so clever, its actually so damn amazing in so many ways that reading about its awesomeness in itself will improve your chances.

EVERYONE is different, yes, and this is why you MUST not turn to Dr Google! Please do not take on-board medical advice from google! I am known to be a panic’er and have only make my anxieties worse by Googling my self diagnosed condition. My GP suggested to me to stick to information from .org or .edu or .gov sites, if you do choose to ignore his advise, as I did and most will.  I always suggest that you speak to a medical professional for all medical advice. Your experiences WILL be different to mine and to your best friends, we do not have your body, your DNA or your partners DNA. We are all different.

Stay Positive and visulaise the end result! You’ve got this!

I have some helpful options which I have researched that could help you in your quest to be parents, click below.
